Jan. 8, 2026 - HWI’s new lightweight monolithics production facility at its Rotary Kiln complex in Fulton, Missouri, USA represents a significant investment in advanced manufacturing and supply reliability. The state-of-the-art plant features direct access to high-quality local clay reserves, enabling increased production of HWI’s GREENLITE® aggregate-containing materials—including the GREENLITE®-45-L family of monolithics and GREENLITE® 115 AR brick.
Constructed on existing HWI property, the facility increases HWI’s lightweight monolithics production capacity by nearly 60%. This expansion strengthens product availability amid ongoing lightweight supply chain challenges, shortens customer lead times, and incorporates advanced technology and automation, including a new furnace and fully automated robotic packaging and material-handling systems.
Materials that have been both internally and third-party tested began shipping to HWI’s distribution center network last month.
